About
Andrea Gattico is a film composer and pianist based in Turin, Italy. His scores — acoustic and folk-orchestral, with Mediterranean roots — grow from the piano and move between melody and colour. His music for The Moon Beneath the Water (dir. Alessandro Negrini, 2023) accompanied the film to 21 international awards. Working since 2003 with producers and broadcasters across Europe, he composes and records in his own studio in Turin, often with live musicians, and is now focusing on feature films and narrative drama.
