The Music
Each city gets its own palette of instruments and character. A main theme returns and guides us through the market, so we always know where we are; around it, other themes from the same family bring us closer to the people. A lively market, a reserved producer and a delicate preparation belong to the same episode, but each needs a different kind of attention. It works like cinematography: the light and the colour stay consistent throughout the episode, while the framing changes for every protagonist.
